Overview:

Location: Springfield, VA/St. Louis, MO

Security Clearance Required: Active TS (SCI eligibility) clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI poly is required upon application for initial consideration This position is not open for any clearance upgrades or sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

What you get to do every day:

Join a talented Implementation Management Team.

Serve as a liaison between project managers and team leads.

You will be managing schedules, reviewing project status, and understanding how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem solving.

Collaborate with project managers, team leads, clients and other stakeholders.

Work closely with team leads to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded project schedules using MS Project 2016

Develop and maintain summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, priority based resource allocations, performance variances

Support the metrics team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects/programs

Follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures

Work in collaboration with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting

Schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work

Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems

Maintain accurate records/paperwork

Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews

Be available to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Clearance: Active TS (SCI eligibility) clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI poly is required upon application for initial consideration This position is not open for any clearance upgrades or sponsorship.

Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience

2+ years experience

Required Skills:

Excellent Problem Resolution skills

Great team and client interaction skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Skilled in gathering, analyzing, documenting and briefing information

Ability to effectively convey requirements, concerns and capabilities to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner

What is ideal?

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Good understanding of Earned Value methodology

Experience in Medicaid or Healthcare Processing Systems

MS Project Server experience (not required, highly desirable)

Experience in technical operations at DOD agencies, particularly NGA and DIA
