The Goddard School located in Land O' Lakes is looking for a motivated administrative office assistant. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of a developmentally appropriate learning program for young children. The schedule for this position will be from 9:00am-6:00pm.

The administrative assistants responsibilities include the following:
Overseeing the operations of the School, relationship building, faculty training & development, and quality assurance.
Developing strong relationships with our families.
Being familiar with classroom ratios and ensuring teachers are efficient with time-management.
Providing adequate tours and providing correct information about the Goddard Philosophy.
Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
Creating flyers for events and monthly calendars.
Creative thinking for classroom events and holidays involving faculty, parents, and children.
Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Closing the school on a daily basis by ensuring end-of the day procedures are complete by the staff.What We Offer:

Associates of Arts or Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development Associate (CDA), Education, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
