Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for directing and supervising day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service, and achieving sales and productivity goals.
Job Duties
P&L responsibility and ability to manage team to meet objectives
Hire, train, and motivate employees of various skill levels
Identify training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs
Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provide guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet goals and objectives
Collaborate with district manager to set performance standards
Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff
Collaborate with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements:
Required Skills and Education
3 years of experience as a branch manager, preferably in a service- or route-based business model
Experience in lawn care, preferred
Must have excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Must have effective and professional verbal and written communication
Experience working with technology, including Microsoft applications, required
Strong ability to remain organized, multitask, and deliver results in a timely manner
Must be passionate about the Company's mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy, mission, and values to external and internal stakeholders
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation
Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours a day
Ability to walk on different terrains
Ability to drive a company vehicle with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
