Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Billing Clerk to join our accounting team here at Virtru. As a Billing Clerk, you will need to be highly detail oriented and have exposure to NetSuite and Salesforce. This position will be based out of the Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

Review and approve sales orders based on opportunities, quotes and contracts.

Create and send invoices based on approved sales orders.

Record and match payments to invoices.

Match billing records with cash receipts.

Review outstanding invoices and follow up with customers.

Resolve billing-related questions and concerns.

Complete vendor request forms and send W-9s.

Keep organized billing transaction records.

Coordinate with sales, customer support, and accounting for accurate billing.

Monitor sales order and invoice activity for workflow inconsistencies and updates.Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those with relevant certifications or degrees in finance or accounting.

Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.

Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role is required.

Ability to spot discrepancies in financial records and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal departments.

Capability to analyze financial data, understand billing processes, and recognize patterns or irregularities.
