We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Staffing Coordinator to join our homecare company's Choices Program Division at our Chattanooga, TN office location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting and staffing for non-medical homecare programs, possess excellent communication skills, and be highly organized. Key Responsibilities:

Maintains staff and client database, including MCO platforms.

Maintains staffing schedules in all MCO EVV systems daily and ensures compliance.

Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests, and care plans.

Schedules client visits according to care plans and staff availability.

Contacts care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes.

Maintains excellent communication with Clients, Caregivers, MCO Care Coordinators and internal staff.

Maintains strict compliance requirements.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract caregivers for our Medicaid waiver program clients.

Coordinate with recruiting team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.

Recruiting for Clients and Caregivers, including associated documents. Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks for potential candidates.

Provide ongoing support to new hires and assist in the onboarding process.

Maintain accurate records of staffing activities and compliance documentation.

Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes mail, provides reception and telephone services.

Requirements:

Associate degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a recruitment coordinator or similar role, preferably within the homecare industry required.

Understanding of Medicaid waiver programs and associated staffing requirements.

Knowledge of MCOs (Blue Care, Amerigroup, United Health Care) and TennCare CHOICES Program preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HR databases.

Ability to work in a demanding environment.
