Project Engineer

A growing and innovative multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Project Engineer to their Toledo team!

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, develop, and manage the department growth

Serve as project spokesperson on advanced projects/programs

Lead business development initiatives

Build/maintain client relationships

Lead/manage project managers and technical staff daily

Ensure high quality project execution and optimal final performance for assigned projects

Coordinate project priorities, staffing schedules, and staff assignments

Responsible for attracting new employees and the development and retention of current employees (set expectations and manage performance)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

8+ years of experience

Ohio PE License required

Michigan PE License preferred

Established client relationships in Northwestern Ohio preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
