Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $42,500 - $47,500 per year
Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with project management tasks and follow-up on action items.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
