Commercial Assistant Project Manager -

The Construction Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects. This includes managing the budget, schedule, and resources for the project, as well as communicating with clients, architects, and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up projects in Procore.

Help with subcontractor communications and proposal reviews.

Support permit submissions and tracking.

Assist with subcontractor procurement.

Assist in managing RFI and submittal processes.

Keep track of outstanding work and purchase orders.

Participate in project kickoff meetings.

Attend weekly project meetings and manage meeting records.

Join on-site walk-throughs.

Help manage project health metrics.

Support the change order process.

Assist with subcontractor and owner billing.

Contribute to punch list resolution.

Participate in project postmortem meetings.

Work on final close-out tasks with the project team.
