Job Summary:

Senior Helpers - Fairfax is seeking a compassionate and dedicated HHA to join our team in providing quality care to our senior clients. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Fairfax, Virginia within the franchise industry. Monday-Sunday 8am-3pm.

Compensation

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care services to senior clients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or nursing homes.

- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication management.

- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.

- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.

- Work closely with families and other caregivers to ensure consistency of care.

- Maintain records and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

- Must hold a valid CNA/PCA/HHA certification

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

- Knowledge of senior care and aging-related issues.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.

- Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks with ease.

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
