Property Management Assistant at ATX Maid Clean

Job Description

Atx Maid Clean in Austin, TX is looking for one property management assistant to join our 35 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

DISCLAIMER: MUST BE AVAILABLE SUNDAYS MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS from 10:30-3:30

Responsibilities

Job details entail

ensuring laundry is ready for scheduled houses on those days and picked up by cleaners

Making runs to properties to start laundry and check inventory

Restock inventory (toilet paper, coffee, shampoo etc)

Document any damages left by guests including stained towels and sheets

Take after video and photo of property after cleaning completion

Using our cleaning inspection list to notate the cleaning was done correctly and the property is restocked

Qualifications

Must Have a Vehicle

a valid Drivers license

Be able to pass a background check

Have an attention for detail

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00/hour.
