Job Summary:

As a Business Consultant/Customer Support at JAN-PRO of OKC, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our franchisees and clients. You will act as a liaison between our company and our franchisees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to successfully run their businesses. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the franchise industry, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary of $40,000 to $45,000 per year, paid biweekly. In addition, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and, as well as paid time off and a retirement savings plan.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for franchisees, providing support and resources for their business operations.

• Ensure franchisees are adhering to company standards and policies, providing guidance and coaching when necessary.

• Monitor franchisee performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct regular site visits to franchise locations to assess operations and provide feedback.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with franchisees.

• Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner.

• Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with services and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with franchisees and clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred.

• Willingness to travel regularly "locally" for site visits and meetings.

• Bi-Lingual (spanish) preferred

• Training of JAN-PRO Certified Business Owners.
