We are seeking a talented and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join our IT department. As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems promptly and efficiently.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.

Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.

Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and escalate complex technical issues that require further investigation.

Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities, utilizing ticketing systems or knowledge bases.

Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up user accounts, granting access permissions, and conducting equipment audits.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for improving IT systems and processes.
