Job Summary
The HR Generalist will support 200+ employees across the U.S. and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless function of the HR department's daily operations. You will collaborate with the HR team to provide comprehensive human resources services and programs that promote a positive and productive work environment for all employees. Duties & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies, Federal/State/Local employment laws, and recommended best practices.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters, demonstrating a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
Participate in recruiting processes including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the offer
Handle employee onboarding and turnover process, help with employee visa, immigration and other related affairs
Assist in the administration of benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing and insurance billing reconciliation
Manage creation and publication of Company-wide quarterly newsletter
Organize and manage all Company events including; Town Halls, engagement activities, volunteer/social events, etc.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other relevant systems.
Participate in HR reporting and data analysis to provide insights for informed decision-making.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
1-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role. Outstanding fresh graduate is also acceptable
Multi-state National and visa application/ immigration experience preferred
SHRM-CP certification is a plus
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and intercultural awareness
Organizational skills with great attention to detail
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of HR procedures and policies as well as employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in using HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience using Paylocity is strongly preferred
