Your Mission as Copywriter

Responsibilities

Deliver compelling copy on schedule for a broad range of channels, including website content, email campaigns, blog posts, social media, and events.

Engage with our customers to gain insights into their struggles and aspirations, using this understanding to craft messages that resonate.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, sales, and experience teams to ensure a cohesive narrative across touchpoints.

Utilize data and customer feedback to optimize conversion by audience segment.

Create and maintain copywriting guidelines to ensure consistency of brand voice from new hires to the broader organization.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years experience in copywriting, preferably for direct-to-consumer and eCommerce brands.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.

Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for balancing creativity with clarity to motivate specific customer actions.

A keen eye for detail, with an understanding of the nuances of language and context in branding.

Outstanding time management abilities in support of seamless coordination with partners.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and a curiosity to embrace new technologies that enhance content creation and distribution.
