We're on the hunt for a super organized, tech-savvy Photography Scheduler/Admin Whiz to join our close-knit team. Working closely with two other scheduling whizzes you're the kind of person who loves to keep everything running like clockwork and has a knack for juggling schedules without breaking a sweat. Got a background in real estate, multi family or photography? Even better, but it's not a deal-breaker.

What You'll Be Doing:

Chatting with Clients: You're the go-to person for our clients, answering their calls and emails, making sure they feel heard, and sorting out their needs with a smile.

Mastering the Calendar: Your main gig is to keep our shoot schedules in tip-top shape, making sure everything's on track and everyone knows where they need to be and when. You'll be a wizard with our scheduling software and CRM systems.

Keeping Us in Check: Quality is our middle name, and you'll help us keep it that way by checking over our visual content and giving the thumbs up or feedback for tweaks.

The Glue Holding Us Together: There's a bit of admin magic you'll be working – from filing to keeping our project records straight and making sure our team's calendars are up to date.

Team Player: You'll be the heart of our team, helping everyone stay connected, bringing new folks up to speed, and making sure we're all pulling in the same direction.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

You've got some solid experience in admin, scheduling, or something similar – if it's in real estate or photography, that's a cherry on top!

You're comfortable with tech, especially if it involves scheduling or CRM software.

You're a communication pro – easy to talk to, great at writing emails, and can handle any conversation with confidence.

Organized is your middle name; you love making lists, checking them twice, and getting a kick out of ticking off tasks.

You're an independent worker but love being part of a team, bringing positivity and flexibility to the table.
