We’re in search of an Advanced Planning Professional who will become an integral part of our mission, serving across 4-5 of our locations. Your Role:
- Engage with families to facilitate preneed funeral arrangements, ensuring a process filled with dignity and respect.
- Conduct group presentations and one-on-one meetings to educate the community on the benefits of advance planning.
- Perform administrative duties, including managing sales paperwork and updating our CRM software, to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with community groups and churches, enhancing our presence and impact within the community.
We're Looking For:
- Compassionate, professional individuals with a knack for organization and self-discipline.
- Exceptional communicators who can work independently and are motivated by meaningful interactions.
- Candidates with a minimum of 3 years in sales or pre-planning experience, though we welcome those new to the field with open arms.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a NJ Life Insurance License and a New Jersey Funeral Directors License.
