Your Role: As an experienced Registered Nurse, you'll take on a pivotal management role, bridging the gap between clinical and logistical operations for seamless day-to-day functionality and upholding our high standards of client care. You'll be the go-to leader for our team of skilled Registered Nurses and logistical support staff.

Responsibilities:
Staff Training & Education
Staff Management
Client/Customer Service
Report to & Collaborate with Directors
Clinical Inventory Management
Evening/Weekend Manager On-Call (Rotating)
Data Review & Oversight
Requirements:
Minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (Acute Care, Labor & Delivery, Emergency and ICU specialty units preferred).
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Maryland and the District of Columbia, preferred, but not required.
Previous experience in an educator or staff training role preferred.
Previous experience in a manager or charge nurse role preferred.
Strong leaderships and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Adherence to company policies and protocols.
Able to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Competitive Benefits Include:
