Job Summary

Conduct Assesments, Diagnose, and Develop Treatment Plans for dually

diagnosed clients.

Assist with in-person and telehealth IOP Groups.

Supervise dependent licensures and report to the clinical supervisor.

General Accountabilities

Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for clients.

Counsel clients individually and in group sessions to assist client in overcoming

alcohol and drug dependency.

Refers client to supportive services to supplement treatment and counseling.

Formulates and conducts programs to promote prevention of alcohol and drug

abuse.

Prepares and maintains reports and case histories.

Job Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

LCDC III or LSW with focus in Chemical Dependency.

Experience: Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 2-4 years of related

experience.

Credentialed with the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
