Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager with experience managing Federal Projects. With the ability to obtain security clearances as needed, you will play a crucial role in managing our federal projects, under the direction of our Sr. Technical Director. This is a hybrid position, requires personnel to work from corporate HQ at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

Project Management: Effectively manage our federal projects.

Resource Management: As needed allocate and manage resources effectively, including project teams, budgets, and third-party vendors.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the organization's quality standards and compliance requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance project management practices. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

7-10 years of IT Project Management within the Federal Government space

Project management certification (PMP).

US Citizen, must be eligible for Secret Clearance (can hold Secret / Top Secret)

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Managing personnel on multiple, concurrent federal programs Desired Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or technology related discipline

Good understanding of SDLC process.

Scrum Master certification

Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
