Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at Rtv News Inc. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents. They will assist with various tasks related to film production, such as coordinating shoots, managing equipment, and assisting with set logistics. The Assistant will also be involved in research, data analysis, and maintaining project databases.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines

Ability to take initiative and work independently

Knowledge of film production processes and terminology

Experience with project management software is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Communications, or related field
