Payroll and Benefit Processing : Ensure timely processing of Payroll and benefits and ensure compliance to policies
- Coordination with CHR, IC HR and SSC for timely rollout and adherence to policies. Coordination with F&A team.
- Process simplification & extending support to all work centers in C&B related issues
- Timely and complete processing of Annual Rewards, Jan and July promotions, RP and other revisions
- Assist in Manpower Budgeting: Timely completion of manpower budgeting in line with CHR guidelines, in consultation with business heads
- MIS preparation and presentation- Quarterly : Assist in quarterly MIS of HR function to all business leads
- Review and Prepare Benefit policy in consultation and as per CHR norms
- Introducing Digital systems in C&B : Improving Digitalization and process efficiency
- Handle Audits and address Observations (Payroll, Rewards and Compensation)
- Provide Monthly Data inputs for Payroll and ensure checks for correctness
- Handling of Pay Review Module
- Managing Contract Labour and compliance
- Employee Query Management
