1> Experience in Tally, Excel and Word.

2> Looking all Account related activities which includes,

3> Preparation of Invoice, Tally Entries,

4> Payable of GST with calculation, Quotation, Follow-up of Payment etc

5> Knowledge on GST, TDS, STPI, Sales, and purchase,

6> Should professional in TALLYERP9 and Excel,

7> Need to be joined immediately

8> Position 2 FOR SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF

1> TDS,TCS,GST. Input Tax Credit

2>BOOKS FINALIZATION UPTO BALANCE SHEET

3>TO HANDLE AUDIT AND SCRUTNISE OF DEPARTMENT

4> Preparation of Cashflow,

5> Vendor payment management

6> Review of BRS,Submission of stock report.

7>GL accounts, Receivable, payable accounting, Taxation, Audit, Refund.

8>Responsible for all area of accounts.

Position 3 :-

1>Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records/financial statements

2>Accounts receivable in ERP

3>Accounts payable in ERP

4>Invoice processing in ERP

5>Petty cash

6>Cash management

7>Cash book

8>Cash budget and attendance records maintenance

9>Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements

10>Report to management regarding the finances of establishment

11>Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts

12>Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities

13>Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology

14>Prepare report & MIS as per requirements.
