Are you an energetic, self-motivated Leasing Professional with at least 1 year of hands-on leasing experience in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a can-do customer service focused attitude and enjoy meeting, greeting, and engaging with new people every day? If this sounds like you then Montecito Apartments in Carlsbad wants, you! We are a luxury apartment community in Carlsbad, CA seeking someone like you to join our leasing team.

Now of course you must be organized, and possess effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to find appropriate solutions to challenges – every day. You are the go-to person who provides assistance to our future and current residents and when needed to the Assistant and Community Manager. Experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM would be awesome!

Responsibilities include:

Managing our phones which are always busy.

Providing extraordinary customer service by demonstrating our community to prospective residents.

Supporting and adding value to the company’s marketing efforts.

Generating a consistent flow of qualified traffic.

Assisting in the development and maintenance of successful resident retention programs.

Planning and coordinating resident functions.

Delivering updated local market conditions to Community Manager keeping us up to date about the competition.
