Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will generate opportunities, attract and obtain new clients, and work to create relationships throughout your territory. Your responsibilities will include generating and submitting reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within the territory, evaluating their needs, and onboarding new business. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service, strong personal skills, understands trade work, and eager to hit personal & professional goals. This role will require travel throughout the Upstate and Asheville market throughout the week.
Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
Meet or exceed designated development targets
Create and implement an effective development strategies
Keep track of all client progress through our client relationship management (CRM) program
Expand the territory over time and recruit additional talent to the team
Qualifications

Previous experience in business development or sales, with presentable track record of success
