Project Manager – Printing / Finishing

Printing conversion and finishing operation with a proven track record of 37 is adding Project Manager to the organization due to growth and expansion

Salary is 60K – 85K + bonus potential (depending on education and experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact and source of information on jobs for sales, management, production personnel and customers.

Understand the customer’s converting needs and listen for any opportunity for services to a current customer.

Problem solves, gather information as needed for the highest quality product consistent with customer's requirements.

Order materials and plan every stage in production and completion of a job.

Initiate each job ticket, open, and track each job through production and communicate problems and changes to plant personnel, customers, and ownership.

Keep accurate records on all jobs and customer contacts.

Participate in weekly client calls and attend daily production meeting

Other duties assigned to you by the Department Manager

Requirements:

BS/BA is preferred or an equivalent of 5+ years in a Project Manager role working in a printing and or converting operation is required

2+ years of in a project coordinator, planner, project manager, estimator or related role

Must have any of the following experience managing die cutting, gluing, printing, lamination, converting, finishing, etc

Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, resource development, and strategic planning.

Demonstrated team player.

Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.

Flexible and able to multitask; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions

Experience creating and executing practical solutions problems in a manufacturing environment
