Every Month scheduling visit on other Vismin area of warehouse

Sending updated photo of before & after in every visit on other Vismin area of warehouse

Responsible for the data and Inventory of all stocks with coordination to Vismin Admin for the release & receive in all vismin areas and quarterly replenishment of stock per area of warehouse

Updating all MRS to system and filling of all files

Assist Cebu Custodian of Monthly inventory

Make a recommendation for improvement of stock & warehouse in all areas

Maintaining orderliness and physical arrangement of stock in all area every visit

Preparing Monthly Report reconciliation ( ending inventory, Monthy issuance, received items, returned items, non moving and defective item with coordination to admin
