Responsibilities
Do minor maintenance works (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry)
Assist in facilities equipment repair (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry)
Clean office areas and other facilities according to priority and in a timely manner
Ensure offices, executive rooms, conference rooms, customer lounge, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition
Remove and dispose trash from all areas
Stock and maintain consumable materials, parts, and cleaning supplies
Assist with inventory control, supplies, and keys
Assist with special projects or additional duties as required
Qualifications
High school diploma, vocational, technical schools; additional education or relevant certification is a plus (or equivalent experience)
Experience in housekeeping, maintenance work, and facilities equipment repair
Ability to communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way
