Job description

The reliever will do various accounting tasks.

EDUCATION

With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related course(s)

EXPERIENCE

Preparation of Financial Statement reports including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Analysis per account, correcting entries, and manual worksheets.

SKILLS/TRAINING

Preparation and monitoring of payroll vouchers

Monitoring of both BIR Filings, SEC Filings and tax related filings

Performing bank reconciliation for accounts

Preparing or checking of monthly summary of compensations contributions, and deductions

Preparing quarterly income tax return and summary of credible tax withheld

Maintaining files of certificates of credible tax withheld at source income tax and vat return purposes

QUALIFICATION

Knowledge of Financial and Accounting software applications

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare sales invoices, statements and projections

Attentive to details

Ability to work under pressure

Time Management (ability to meet multiple deadlines)

Effective (functional in both accounting and auditing)

Methodical approach to work

Ability to work with a variety of people

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 5 months
