Export Sales Specialist

Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations

Prepare and file export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations

Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics providers to arrange shipment of goods

Negotiate shipping rates and contracts with carriers

Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues that may arise, such as delays, damages, or missing items

Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all parties are updated on shipment status

Provide guidance on export regulations and requirements to internal teams

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Economics, or related field

3+ years of export experience.

has previous experience in food manufacturing.

Ability to use data analysis tools to interpret and report on export data.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
