Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound calls. The day-to-day tasks include answering customer queries, providing information about our services, maintaining customer database, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

Fluent in both spoken and written English, Hindi & Marathi.

Good knowledge of computer operations and MS Office

Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets

Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus

Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent
