Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at our Ludhiana location. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

Job Descriptions

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven sales experience and ability

Experience in conducting sales training and managing sales teams.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Knowledge of the MRO industry and products is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related fields

3-6 years experience required in same fields
