Position

Pramod Lands End Resort, a member of Radisson Individuals is inviting applications for the position of Resort Manager to lead the hotel operations of the 100 room property at Gopalpur, Ganjam, Odisha.

Role Description

The Resort Manager will be responsible for:

overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort

ensuring adherence to Radisson Hotel Group brand standards

leading the resort team and delivering outstanding guest experience

meeting the property revenue and profit goals

creating a learning environment where employees are provided with the training and resources they need and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork

develop and recruit the human resources necessary to achieve hotel's goals

Qualifications

16 years of experience in hospitality, preferability in running resort properties.

prior experience of working in a Radisson Hotel Group property is beneficial.

strong leadership and communication skills

excellent problem-solving abilities
