Responsibilities
Quality Inspector will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes, policies, etc. Â
Perform problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and continuous improvement
Fully understand and conduct inspections independently / as a member of the inspection team as per the guidelines.
Maintain the companyâs integrity policy and guidelines during inspection.
Participate in all the training courses as and when scheduled.
Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, the Quality inspector should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.
Prepare inspection reports that are complete, comprehensive, and presented in a manner consistent with Client and Autobahn Guidelines.
Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection.
Maintain the Quality Standards of the product as per API and International Standards.
Perform in-depth Inspection, Quality Test Analysis, etc.
Prepare documents and reports of Tests/Inspections etc.
Complete the given task on time.
Carry out Impact Tests/ MPI/ UT whenever required.
Develop, execute, and analyze quality reporting measures
Participate in internal and external quality audits
Supplier Audit whenever required.
Training manpower whenever required.
Collaborating with the production team and design team to carry to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure confidentiality of information obtained during the course of employment in Autobahn Industries.
Perform additional duties, as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering
2 - 3 years of industry experience
Strong knowledge of quality tools used in the industry.
Knowledge of Heat treatment and NDT is required.
ASNT Knowledge is appreciated.
