CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Development and management of multiple client Dynamics 365 (CRM) environments

Proactive approach to internal company systems and processes

Strong project and time management skills

Ability to decipher, translate, and communicate client requests

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

2+ years experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM)

Experience with multiple CRM environments

Strong understanding and experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

Experience with Power BI

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, computer science, statistics, data science, or a related field

MUST HAVES

Strong practical problem-solving and project management skills

Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, and approachable

Ability and passion to adapt and learn quickly

Strong understanding of technology

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
