Role: Senior Property Accountant (Residential)

Salary: $75,000 - $88,000 + Bonus

Our client, a large market leading real estate company located in Toronto are looking to hire for a residential Property Accountant

Your New Role

The Senior Property Accountant will work closely with the Residential Property Accounting Manager and will be responsible for full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential properties. The Senior Property Accountant will prepare monthly financial statements in addition to carrying out variance analysis. The Senior Property Accountant will preform balance sheet reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To succeed in the role of Senior Property Accountant you will ideally be a CPA or be in pursuit of the CPA designation. The Senior Property Accountant is required to have a minimum of 3 years of residential property accounting experience as well as having a strong understanding of Yardi. Ideally the Senior Property Accountant will have exposure to CAM/Tax reconciliations.
