Logistics & Warehouse Specialist
Location 220 superior boulevard Mississauga Ontario

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for warehouse management maintain and updates daily statistics
- Regularly or irregularly check the quantity of equipment.
- Conducting import processes.
- Instruction and monitoring of shipments with weekly follow-up with freight forwarders and the head office abroad.
- External contacts with suppliers and carriers to exchange information about invoices, closing, tracking shipments and issuing CTE.
- Approval and correction of documents linked to the import (BL, Invoice, etc).
- Registration and maintenance of products in the logistics system.
- Issuance and release of notes/purchase orders in the logistics system. Launching and tracking shipments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above.
- Over 4 years logistic related working experience.
- Experience in import and export procedures, familiar with international transaction rules.
- Must have experience with Cargo Agents and Forwarding Agents.
- Prior experience with importing "heavy" / large-sized machines or equipment (such as forklifts, lifting platforms, cranes, "Yellow Line" equipment, vehicles, etc.) is essential.
- Skills: Custom clearance, Compliance, Shipping documents, Supplier Negotiation Problem solving.
