Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting in all rooms and common areas.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.

Make beds, change linens, and ensure that rooms are tidy and well-presented.

Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces as needed.

Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.

Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as necessary.

Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.

Assist with organizing and maintaining storage areas, closets, and pantries.

Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests as needed.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Follow established cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of residents or guests at all times.

Collaborate effectively with other staff members and communicate any concerns or feedback to the management team.
