Salary range: $50,000-$55,000 plus quarterly incentives and other SPIFs

For 40 years we have been connecting caregiving professionals with organizations who support vulnerable and underserviced populations. The Associate Recruiter will participate in various aspects of talent acquisition and human resources functions including the following:
Source and recruit candidates to fill job orders requested by clients
Utilize job postings, resume databases, social media, etc. to identify qualified candidates
Attend job fairs and other hiring events
Conduct phone screens and interviews
Make offers of employment to candidates deemed to be a good fit
Coordinate with HR and a scheduling team to ensure a smooth hiring process from job offer to first shift
Associate Recruiter Requirements
Bachelorâ s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or sales (preferred)
Direct experience in human services or healthcare is a huge plus
Technological proficiency (Microsoft Office, ATS, Internet/social media)
Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site five days a week at our Southborough office
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
This is a regular, full-time, twelve-month-per year-position. The normal work hours are typically 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday; with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the company. Arbor is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
