Join a leading company in restoration. We are hiring a Mitigation. Responsible for setting team expectations, ensuring each team member is equipped and capable of executing the expectations of their role, and holding them accountable for the actions required to complete and close mitigation projects, thereby driving the achievement of the team's goals.

Compensation Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year base salary

Opportunity to earn additional quarterly incentive

Opportunity to share company profits through our Profit Based Bonus Plan

Education/Professional Experience/Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of relatable team management experience

Desired Certifications: IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, CDS

Team Member Expectations:

Strategic Planning - Monthly, quarterly, and annual planning with General Manager including goal setting for total revenue per Mitigation Project Manager (PM), PM recruiting, monthly/quarterly tweaks to ongoing goals, and monthly closed revenue targets

Mitigation Department Financials - Driving mitigation team consolidated revenue & gross profit percentage goals via an intimate awareness of current Work In Progress and sales pipeline, individual team member strengths and weaknesses, available Trade Partner and vendor resources, as well as strategic use of intra-company resources

Resource Management - Recruit, onboard, and quality control of new Technicians as needed to drive production goals, either personally or through accountability with the mitigation team, including effective utilization of all active vendors and stewardship of fleet and equipment

Issue Resolution - Set and maintain clear expectations for team members to uphold the communication standards, and ability to set expectations with customers, as well as consistently document all changes to the scope of work and material selections, thus avoiding the majority of issue resolutions. When one does arise, a joyful and intentional sense of urgency to meet the customer and document the resolution internally and externally when required

Emergency Response Management - works with GM and Production Manager on ES response plans/call schedules. Manages/delegates duties and roles related to ES calls and CAT events. Write and submit estimates/invoices for ES files

You must be confident in your ability to understand and utilize various technology platforms and devices that allow us to efficiently serve our customers

Works well on a team, is energetic, and looking for a fast-paced ever-changing daily schedule
