Interlink Technologies is a family-owned small business located in California. With high personal standards, energy, and integrity, you act as the main HUB by coordinating workflow and systematically performing tasks of daily operations which support customers, vendors, and service delivery.
We are seeking a candidate who can attain maximum utilization of internal and field technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests. This position will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations by, but not limited to:
Systematically tracking customer satisfaction
Prepare tracking reports
Strategies to improve upon customers overall experience
Ensure company compliance and service level agreements are met
Manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
Triage tickets
Answer support calls
Schedule appointments
Enter tickets into ticketing system and maintain calendars
Correspond and desire to build relationships with customers and service techs
Maximize utilization of billable resources and increase productivity of IT support resources
Write and edit documents
Create and maintain a filing system
To perform well in this position, we are looking for the following candidate:
Someone with an administrative mindset. Technician/technical skillset is not advised for this position.
You must possess a strong work ethic
Work well under deadlines
Problem solve and think critically
Communicate and work with a team approach
Understand tracking and measuring and have technical awareness
Comfortable working from home

Please note that this is a remote position.
PTO, health insurance, and paid holidays after 3 months.
