Mechanical Design Engineer

We have an urgent requirement of a Mechanical Design Engineer, Should be a highly creative individual with the ability to develop innovative solutions to our client's requirements.

Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical)/ B.E (Mechanical)

Design Platform: Solidworks

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Location: Remote (temporarily for 2-3 months), Hyderabad (Onsite)

Roles and Responsibilities

Experience in the Automation and the SPM industry.

Working experience in SPM/Automation Designs.

Working proficiency in AutoCAD is a must especially in detailing with ISO and ANSI Standards.

Good knowledge of structures in Assembly Line.

Ability to read & prepare the Assembly, sub-assembly, mfg drawings of mechanical,

Structural drawings which involve fabrication (weldment) / Machining type of drawings.

Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with little to no supervision.

Should have knowledge of materials like Mild steel/ Stainless steel etc., selecting components such as Motors- gearbox, Linear guideways, actuators, sensors, Robotics.

GD & T knowledge to provide Fits tolerances for the components.

Awareness of structural steels like Channels, Beams, Plates, Pipes, etc., & fasteners.
