California Burrito is a fast-growing food company that believes fast-food should be different. Our dream is to inspire a fast-food culture that offers wholesome, sustainable & great tasting food made from real ingredients. We are looking for an extremely talented marketing professional who can deliver both clarity and clairvoyance. You will work directly with the founder and CEO. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India’s great brands. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges

A brand builder

Exposure to digital marketing

7+years of work experience

Prefer experience in QSR, retail, D2C brands, E-commerce preferred

Customer focused, comfortable talking with customers

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - BRAND

Develop brand pillars and brand strategy

Write briefs for creative partners

Createcontent in line with the brand strategy

Ensure all brand touch-points are cohesive and in-line with brand strategy

Plan and execute photoshoots/videoshoots

Maintain social media pages and online brand touchpoint

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - MARKETING

P&L Responsibility

Devise local store marketing (LSM) strategy

Develop new store opening strategy

Participate and help guide new product development

Develop a community of customers to get feedback from and conduct customer surveys to drive strategy

Spearheading marketing campaigns across digital platforms

Sending out targeted SMS offers to CB mobile database

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES - REPORTING/ANALYSIS

Conducting research and analysing data to identify, segment and define audiences

Analysing sales and product data (day-part, week-part) to recommend marketing strategies

Derive insights from data from Swiggy/Zomato campaigns

SALARY

Will depend on experience. Conveyance and mobile expenses covered by company.

California Burrito is a Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain with 75 locations

across India in Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad. We are also the owners of India's

first Hass avocado farm with >500 Hass avocado trees.. The company was started

in 2012 by 3 Americans and will reach 100 stores in the next 1 years. We are

committed to providing honestly good food with transparent sourcing and high

quality ingredients.
