Job Description :

Leading R&D support for Pigments, Dyes and Intermediates, new product development, process optimization, third party interaction, analytical and technical support to customers, documentation, preparation, and presentation of project report

Development of key intermediates for organic pigments with backward integration

Develop cost-effective synthetic routes for many important Intermediates from lab to plant production

Provide technical support to sales and marketing team

Lead a talented team in R&D, Process & Technology development, and manufacturing support.

Vendor qualifications of various products and raw materials for Dyes, Pigments, Additives, and Pigment Intermediates.

Developing and commercializing new processes and technologies

Focus on safety, cost effectiveness, robustness and reproducibility of projects and processes

Generation of own Innovation ideas and IP generation

Identification of new products or new concept by working with Sales & Marketing team
