Project Manager (Casino Gaming)

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of complex casino gaming projects (iGaming & Landbased) related to creative & gaming development, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring that all project team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are understood and delivered.

Communicate project progress, status, and risks to key stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and business stakeholders.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring that team members are motivated, engaged, and aligned with project goals.

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, are thoroughly tested, and are ready for deployment.

Be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve project delivery processes and methodologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organizations project management practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

MBA is a plus

5+ years of experience in core gaming project management, with a focus on gaming development.

Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Strong understanding of the gaming industry and experience in delivering gaming-related projects.

Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus.

PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
