Calfus is seeking a seasoned and passionate Technical Architect to join our growing team. As a Technical Architect specializing in enterprise and microservices architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our software solutions, ensuring their scalability, security, and alignment with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design and development of enterprise-level software architectures, encompassing both traditional and microservices-based approaches.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into comprehensive technical specifications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies and tools, keeping our architecture at the forefront of innovation.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to software engineers, fostering their technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

• Continuously stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in enterprise and microservices architecture.

• Document technical architectures, design decisions, and architectural trade-offs for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Overall 15+ years of hands-on technical experience, 5+ years as a Technical Architect, demonstrating expertise in enterprise and microservices architecture.

• Technical skills such as JavaScript, Java, are preferred

• Proven success in designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and performant software solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, containerization technologies, and microservices design patterns.

• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including governance, data integration, and security frameworks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing individual contributions with team synergy.
