Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Bench Sales Recruiter at Viron Technologies INC. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for sales positions. You will also be responsible for account management and maintaining effective communication with clients and candidates.

Candidate should be able to market the Consultants on the bench.

Qualifications

Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills

Experience in hiring and managing sales professionals

Strong account management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
