The objective of this job is to lead OEM business development activities at Subros; specifically for Mahindra, Renault, Tata, Hyundai, Kia. Role holder would also be responsible for compliance control of management policies & procedures, TS, EMS, OHSAS. Role holder is expected to sustain and grow Subros business across all locations of Subros supplies to customers including price settlements including indexation and cost up claims (indexed and non-indexed)
Responsibilities
Undertake market intelligence activities to gather data around competitor’s products, prices and customer side future plans & timely update management about the same to help in formulation of Subros strategy of Passenger Vehicle (PV) thermal business.
Undertake activities of scouting for new opportunities in the market (product extensions, new products, new segments)
Lead Pre sales activities along with R&D to generate new RFI/RFQs from Customers (New &, including tech shows
Ensure timely RFQ response submission to customer & negotiation and business acquisition, and new RFQs obtaining.
Ensure effective customer engagement through immediate CFT coordination & resolution of customer grievances as customer custodian (irrespective of function from where such grievances are originated)
Ensure timely and regular review of customer sales forecasts & give inputs to ensure realistic supply planning including for SPD
Undertake product pricing and price settlement with the customer including actualization at SOP, FE RM indexation and new cost impacts
Tracking of customer Overdue (unusual cases only) and NPD project tool billing including duplicate tool settlements as per plant requirements
SOB enhancement activities
NPD project coordination from Marketing side include customer milestone/ MRD tracking and smooth flow of customer MRD plan for internal planning.
Responsibility for tracking of KPIs as per PV Business Mktg. section BSC including customer rating and improvements thereof

Qualifications
B.Tech Mechanical & MBA
6+ years' experience in marketing
Ability to multi-task
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
