Purpose:

To meet & exceed the BP leasing numbers.

To lease vacant areas in the assets

Tenant Lease Lifecycle Management & Tenant Relationship Management (CRM)

Responsibilities:

Gain comprehensive knowledge of Kolkata portfolio on vacancies and responsible for the closing of all existing and new leasing, contractual renewals, term expires.

Strive to drive up rentals & exceed Business Plan numbers.

Analyze all the commercials of leasing deals.

Build & maintain relationships with existing tenants & the IPC / Broker network.

Stay abreast with market developments, map competition buildings & their tenants and competitive forces.

Respond to all RFPs received and coordinate with technical team to get RFP and ensure to complete all post RFP transactions till the time deal gets closed and manage leasing records manage end to end leasing transactions pre & post RFP.

Create and maintain all the deal summaries for the submission of EOI/ LOI /ATL/ LD/ MOU and approvals.

Understanding of lease language and is comfortable with reviewing and executing commercial legal documents (Lease Deeds, LoIs, MOUs, Service Agreements etc.) and managing negotiations with prospective tenants.

Create and maintain the schedule and timely submission for the existing and new deals.

Maintain records related to billing, lease renewals, costing and master plans, Invoices, Deviation letters, understand legal notices and coordinate with concerns departments/regional leasing team etc. for existing & new clients.

Support technical team for finalization of the deal costing and summarization.

Attend to & resolve all or any conflicts which may come up during the lease lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Post Graduation preferably with a Management, Civil Engineering or Planning Background.

5+ Years' relevant experience.
