Sales Counselor

The role involves performing in-person and on-call patient's/client's health & dietary assessment, providing service information and support while generating sales.

Job description

Be the first point of contact for clients and patients in assisting them with their health issue by offering the right health package/program

Generating sales, and suggesting improvement in internal processes

Providing exceptional level of client care and support throughout

Assisting clients and patients with their basic diet related queries

Carrying out background research and presenting findings

After sales support

Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations

Liaising with other staff and departments

Participate in business development activities

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar sales role in health/nutrition industry

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Negotiation skills, presentation skills, marketing skills

Passion to learn more in the field of diet, nutrition and fitness

Positive attitude and flexibility with a zeal to learn

Understanding of basic health, diet and nutrition concepts and lifestyle diseases - Thyroid, PCOD/S, Hypertension, Diabetes, etc.

Outstanding communication skills

Proficient in computer/internet/MS-office/Social Media skills

Commitment and dedication to learn, succeed and grow

Timings: 9:30am to 6pm

Type: In-office (NOT work from home)

Location: Sector 22 B, Chandigarh

Salary

INR 30k - 60k per month
