Job Description

· Will manage a book of clients on commercial HVAC service

· Will have customer interaction and maintain profitability of the contracts

· Will update and retain accounts

· Responsible for managing 6-8 HVAC technicians

Key Requirements

3+ years of light commercial HVAC experience

Project management experience

Maintenance leadership experience with some HVAC knowledge or building facilities management experience

Customer interaction skills
